Worker's Compensation Reforms

Collaboration with Former Assemblyman Joe Nation

NBLC held a meeting with then Assemblyman Joe Nation, who was opposed to the proposed worker’s compensation reforms. After hearing from NBLC members, Assemblyman Nation altered his opinion and became one of the biggest supporters of the reforms, which were later successfully passed by the legislature and signed by the Governor.
