AB 32 (The Global Warming Solutions Act) will impact every person and business in California. This new carbon constrained economy will result in the imposition of far reaching rules that require greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) to be brought back to 1990 levels (a near thirty percent reduction) by 2020, and an eighty percent reduction threshold by 2050.
