James’ 27 years of commercial real estate experience spans California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Oregon, with expertise spanning acquisitions, leasing, asset management, financing, redevelopment, and investment strategy. At Meridian Commercial, he applies that experience to leasing and investment sales throughout Marin County and the greater North Bay, including representing Basin Street Properties in the leasing of 899 and 1050 Northgate Drive in San Rafael. His financial perspective, local market knowledge, and understanding of ownership priorities have made him an important partner in positioning the Northgate properties and identifying the right opportunities for prospective tenants.
