Basin Street Properties Welcomes Kassandra Delgado to North Bay Leasing Team
Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce that Kassandra Delgado has joined our North Bay leasing team. Kassandra will drive leasing efforts across our Mill Valley, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa properties, working closely with brokers and tenants throughout the North Bay market.
In this leasing role, she will focus on prospecting, property tours, broker and tenant relationship management, market research, and transaction support, helping to strengthen occupancy, enhance tenant retention, and support overall asset performance.
Kassandra will collaborate closely with the regional Basin Street team and brokerages to advance leasing initiatives across Basin Street’s diverse portfolio of assets. Her role will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day leasing execution and helping maintain strong communication and alignment with the regional brokerage community.
