Basin Street Properties Welcomes Ryan Obedin to North Bay Leasing Team
Basin Street Properties is pleased to announce that Ryan Obedin has joined our North Bay leasing team. Ryan will lead our leasing efforts across our Mill Valley, Petaluma and Santa Rosa properties, supporting our outstanding community of North Bay brokers.

Ryan is a dedicated and results-driven sales professional with a diverse background spanning commercial real estate, pharmaceuticals, and retail management. His career began in San Mateo County as a market researcher, analyst, and commercial broker, where he focused on industrial properties across the Peninsula, East Bay, and San Francisco. During this time, he guided clients through complex acquisitions, permitting, and leasing processes, and was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” for his performance at Kidder Mathews.
He later managed and launched retail businesses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts before representing Xeris Pharmaceuticals as a Midwest sales representative, consistently exceeding sales goals and earning awards for performance. Now back in the Bay Area, Ryan brings a proven ability to drive growth, build long-term client partnerships, and navigate complex markets with a passion for creating value for tenants, investors, and stakeholders.
