Alicia Benson, Vice President, Workplace Solutions, Keysight Technologies

Alicia Benson is Vice President of Workplace Solutions at Keysight Technologies, based at the company’s headquarters in Santa Rosa, California. With nearly 30 years at Keysight (and its predecessors,  Hewlett-Packard & Agilent), Alicia brings deep operational and leadership experience across global functions.

She began her career in hands-on technical roles—as an assembler, electronic technician, and later, graphics designer. She then spent over a decade leading Metrology and the Hardware Test Center, where she managed complex testing infrastructure and cross-functional engineering teams.

When Keysight was formed, Alicia transitioned into Workplace Solutions. Today, she leads global operations across more than 160 locations in over 30 countries. Her portfolio includes facilities, security, environmental health and safety, sustainability, and real estate strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of San Francisco (2010).
