North Bay Leadership Council is hosting a Youth Leadership Competition where the winning applicants will receive a college scholarship be chosen and to be honored at our annual Leaders of the North Bay Awards Luncheon.

The North Bay Leadership Council is proud to host a Youth Leadership Competition designed to empower young leaders as they pursue their dreams. Winning applicants will receive a scholarship to support their next steps and will be recognized at our annual Leaders of the North Bay Awards Luncheon.

How to Enter:

Please fill out the form on www.northbayleadership.org in order to be entered into the competition.

Eligibility:

• Competition is opened to North Bay teens, ages 16-20 only

• Applicants must be enrolled in a high school, college or university, who wish to continue their post-secondary education or trade school

• Must live in Marin, Sonoma, or Napa County

• Self-nominations accepted

Prizes:

Honorees chosen will receive a scholarship check. The students will be honored at our annual awards luncheon. Winner must be able to come to the awards luncheon on April 24, 2026 at the College of Marin in Novato.

Our goal for this competition is to grow and foster leadership within the youth community to create more leaders who will make the future brighter.
